How can I pay my bill online?You can register your account to make payments or skip the registration to pay as a guest. Once you have successfully logged in, please choose the “Make Payment” option on your Home page. You have the following payment options online:

  • • Debit Card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa)

Will I be charged a processing fee to process payments with First Billing Services?Yes, the following fees are associated with online payments:

  • • Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card: 3.99% of overall transaction
  • • eCheck: $1.99 per transaction
  • • Recurring eCheck: $1.00 per transaction

What other online payment features/options do I have using the online portal?The below payment options are also available using the online portal:

  • • Save multiple payment methods for quick and easy processing using the "Account Settings" tab.
  • • Schedule Auto Payments using the "Account Settings" tab.

What options do I have for Auto Payments online?You can set up auto payments to draft in the following ways:

  • • Fixed amount to be paid on your scheduled due date.
  • • Fixed amount to be paid on a fixed date of your choosing.
  • • Full balance to be paid on your scheduled due date.
  • • Full balance to be paid on a fixed date of your choosing.
